Biozet Attack® laundry detergent "Satisfaction Guarantee"
HOW TO CLAIM
- To be eligible to claim, an individual must be a resident of Australia age 18 or older who has purchased a Biozet Attack® powder or liquid laundry detergent and who has the original purchase receipt of the product purchased.
- Claimants must contact customer service via 1800 468 318 (Freecall) or http://www.biozet.com.au/contact.php no later than 60 days after the date of the Biozet Attack® purchase and inform us of their intention to return the product for a refund along with why they were not satisfied with the product.
- Claimants will be required to send the product and remaining contents in a post bag along with their purchase receipt no later than 10 days after the return notification to:

- Once the returned product and original purchase receipt is received, the purchase price and postage will be refunded to claimant via cheque. Please allow 4-6 weeks for cheque delivery. Offer limited to one refund per name per address.
- Any claims for refunds requested other than in accordance with the conditions stated above will not be honoured.
