How to Claim

To be eligible to claim, an individual must be a resident of Australia age 18 or older who has purchased a Biozet AttackĀ® powder or liquid laundry detergent and who has the original purchase receipt of the product purchased.

Claimants must contact customer service via 1800 468 318 (Freecall) or submit Contact Us form no later than 60 days after the date of the Biozet Attack® purchase and inform us of their intention to return the product for a refund along with why they were not satisfied with the product.

Claimants will be required to send the product and remaining contents in a post bag along with their purchase receipt no later than 10 days after the return notification to:

Once the returned product and original purchase receipt is received, the purchase price and postage will be refunded to claimant via cheque. Please allow 4-6 weeks for cheque delivery. Offer limited to one refund per name per address.
